• Manage the company’s online store(s), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, etc.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Work closely with the operation teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotions to increase sales.
• Identify opportunities to enhance online sales through cross-selling, bundling, and seasonal promotions.
• Liaise with Marketplace POC/RM (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, Zalora & MAPCLUB) to maximize traffic and sales.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for conversions.
• Work with developers/designers to enhance site functionality, UI/UX, and mobile experience.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve site performance.
• Track and analyze online sales data and campaign performance.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Utilize GA, Shopify analytics, or other e-commerce analytical tools to drive data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with third-party platforms, agencies, and service providers.
• Negotiate partnerships with logistics providers, digital marketing agencies, and payment gateways.
