Job Description

You will drive profitable growth in the online transient market segment and create consumer demand and loyalty through proprietary and third-party e-channels. You will support the business growth and strategic direction over the next five years. Your responsibilities include leading, planning, and executing the development of MH e-Commerce capabilities, including web performance, SEO, PPC, and other online strategies. As the E-Commerce and Distribution Manager, you will develop and structure an in-house e-Commerce team based on business needs, costs, and expected returns. Additionally, you will provide consultation and strategic guidance to managed properties in both domestic and international markets on e-Commerce activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in online marketing roles within the hotel or travel industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Good understanding of SEO and PPC tactics.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems.
  • Proficient in web analytics and capable of analyzing website performance data (financial, statistical, or performance metrics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple demands, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing details and ensuring project deadlines are met.
