● Manage and grow the brand’s TikTok official account with consistent, high-quality, and trend-driven content.
● Plan, create, and supervise engaging TikTok content to increase audience reach, engagement, and conversions.
● Source, recruit, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates, KOCs, KOLs aligned with brand values and target audience.
● Develop and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategies with clear KPIs (e.g., video output, engagement rate, sales growth).
● Monitor, analyze, and report weekly performance of affiliates and campaigns using TikTok Analytics and other tools (e.g., views, CTR, conversions, ROAS).
● Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing creators and affiliates to maximize long-term collaboration.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement viral campaign ideas.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Visual Design, Broadcasting, or related fields. High GPA Preferred.
● Fresh graduates eligible; 1–2 years’ experience in affiliate/digital marketing preferred.
● English skill at least reach conversational level.
● Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
● Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, VN; Adobe Premiere/Photoshop advantageous.
● Data driven experience with analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics).
● Ability to deliver against deadlines and performance targets.
● Proactive approach, detail-oriented, with proventeamwork/independent work aptitude.
● Exceptional communication and negotiation competencies.
● Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
● Flexibility for Saturday half-day operations.
