Andaz Bali invites you to join our team as a Duty Manager, coordinating daily operations to ensure a seamless guest stay in our Balinese resort. Indonesian applicants only, with a minimum of two years in a similar role, preferred familiarity with Opera Cloud, Medallia, and Hotsos.

You will lead cross-department interactions to uphold service standards and guest satisfaction, contributing to a memorable Andaz Bali experience in Sanur.

Qualifications

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian.

• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same position.
• Well-versed with Opera Cloud, Medallia, Hotsos, as well as other systems and reports.
• Enjoys interaction and naturally well versed with social conversation
• Confident problem solver with guest first mindset while keeping the integrity of the operations intact.
• Well versed in managing different departments relation to achieve result required
