Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Duty Manager for its Indonesian property. Minimum two years in a similar role is required; familiarity with Opera Cloud, Medallia, and Hotsos is preferred. Indonesian applicants only.

As a Duty Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment and providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian.

• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same position.
• Well-versed with Opera Cloud, Medallia, Hotsos, as well as other systems and reports.
• Enjoys interaction and naturally well versed with social conversation
• Confident problem solver with guest first mindset while keeping the integrity of the operations intact.
• Well versed in managing different departments relation to achieve result required
