Job summary

Alila Seminyak is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee general operations, guest service, and security within the luxury hotel. You will wear many hats, from information provider to problem solver and diplomat, ensuring professional, efficient service while maintaining brand standards.

You will supervise staff during shifts, train new team members, manage VIP guests, and coordinate front desk, housekeeping, and F&B activities to uphold exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with guest focus.
• Experience in 5-star luxury hotels or luxury resorts.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle VIP guests and special requests.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff during the shift.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
• Participate in inventory management and control.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality benchmarks.
• Implement and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
