About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Dutch-speaking Training and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team in Bali. This position is perfect for professionals with experience in customer service operations, particularly within the BPO, telecommunications, or e-commerce industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs in Dutch to customer service teams.

• Monitor and assess call/chat/email quality to ensure high service standards.

• Develop and maintain quality standards aligned with client expectations.

• Provide coaching and performance feedback to agents.

• Collaborate with operations and HR to align training with business objectives.

• Analyze training and QA metrics and suggest continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker, with good command of English.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Training or QA role within a BPO, telecommunications, or e-commerce company.

• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

• Strong understanding of customer service performance metrics.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
