Work you’ll do

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients requiring immigration support.
  • Manage the end-to-end immigration process, including work authorisation and visa applications.
  • Prepare and review immigration forms and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Interpret and apply immigration regulations to ensure client compliance and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Advise clients on immigration procedures, timelines, and potential challenges.
  • Submit required documentation to government agencies and relevant authorities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, government officials, and internal teams to facilitate smooth processes.
  • Collaborate with other network offices, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities to stay informed on evolving regulations.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and regulatory changes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Work closely with other team members on immigration case management and relevant applications.
