Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a diligent farm worker to support daily Parent Stock operations. You will follow work instructions and SOPs to feed, collect eggs, clean facilities, and care for flocks, contributing to reliable production.

You will observe flock conditions, mortality, and abnormalities, report them to the supervisor, maintain strict biosecurity and hygiene, keep facilities tidy, record data accurately, and assist the team to keep farm operations smooth and efficient.

• Carry out daily Parent Stock farm activities according to work instructions and SOPs.
• Perform routine tasks such as feeding, egg collection, cleaning, and flock care.
• Observe and report flock conditions, mortality, and operational abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Follow biosecurity, animal welfare, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and work areas.
• Record daily operational data accurately as instructed.
• Support team activities to ensure smooth and efficient farm operations.
