Job summary

JAPFA is seeking diligent farm staff to support daily Parent Stock activities at our Indonesia facilities. You will follow SOPs, perform feeding, egg collection, cleaning, and flock care, and report any health or operational issues to your supervisor.

You will help ensure biosecurity, animal welfare, and hygiene standards across the farm. The role emphasizes accurate daily record-keeping, teamwork, and contributing to smooth farm operations within JAPFA’s integrated network.

Qualifications

• Experience in farm or animal care is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions precisely.
• Attention to hygiene and safety requirements in a farming environment.

Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and work areas. Record daily operational data accurately as instructed. Support team activities to ensure smooth and efficient farm operations.
