• Ensure availability of driver as the target of driver roster.
• Enhance driver knowledge, skills and behavior through training.
• Provide Continuous Problem Solving to identify issues.
• Responsible to achieve Driver Scorecard KPI.
• Standardize & develop DM Supervisor knowledge and skills.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Collaboration with other functions for project optimization.

Job description

Ensure availability of driver as the target of driver roster

Enhance driver knowledge, skills and behavior through Driver Training, Evaluation, Coaching & Performance Improvement initiatives

Provide Continuous Problem Solving to Identify issues, solve and prevent repeating.

Responsible to achieve Driver Scorecard KPI

Standardize & Develop DM Supervisor knowledge, skill and capabilities

Conduct regular daily, weekly & Monthly Performance Review to ensure Scorecard KPI achieved

Collaboration with other function to execute Project related Optimization & Expansion

Requirements

5 to 10 Years performed in Transport, Logistics & Driver Management environment with minimum last active position as a Manager

Strong in leadership and communication skills
