We're growing our team and looking for passionate, inspiring Fitness Instructors and Yoga/Stretching Teachers to help our surf community reach new heights! If you love the ocean, have positive energy, and want to empower others, this is for you.

OPEN POSITIONS

️ FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

• Lead dynamic fitness programs for surfers (strength, flexibility, endurance, balance)
• Run group classes & 1-on-1 sessions for all ages/levels
• Design personalized workout plans, assess progress, and motivate students
• Work closely with surf coaches for an integrated surf & fitness experience
• Maintain a clean, positive training space

️ YOGA / STRETCHING TEACHER

• Lead yoga/stretching sessions (all ages/levels, beach or studio)
• Guide surfers in sequences for flexibility, mobility, and relaxation
• Create personal plans and adapt to student needs
• Collaborate with surf coaches for a unified program

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Fitness or yoga enthusiasts with strong communication & coaching skills
• Certified instructors with experience (Vinyasa/functional/active yoga for yoga role)
• Experienced in group/personal training (for fitness role)
• Passionate about surf and outdoor sports
• Fluent English is essential
• Preference for Indonesian locals or candidates with KITAS already!

WHAT YOU’LL GET

• Competitive Salary:
• Fitness Instructor: IDR 7.5 million/month
• Yoga Teacher: IDR 7.5 million/month (+ IDR 1 million bonus)
• Paid private lessons (IDR 330K per session for 2+ daily, fitness)
