Job description

DRAFTER FOR INTERIOR DESIGN (SURABAYA BASED)

Candidates will take responsibility in the following;

1. Ensuring team members deliver comprehensive and complete technical drawings based on company standards.

2. Translate the design into technical drawings.

3. Oversee and check all the design specification and detail.

4. Deliver all the results based on the given time schedule.

5. Evaluate team’s performance and develop processes for improvement.

6. To improve team’s productivity and efficiency.

Qualification:

1. 25 – 40 years of age.

2. Candidate at least Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

3. Has been involved as a team member or leader minimum in one ( or more ) of these kind of interior design project (office buiding, apartment building, hospitalities (hotel & resort project)).

4. Has experience in leading a project equal or larger than 5.000 m2 area or minimum 8 storey high building.

5. Minimum 4 years experience as Drafter in high end interior design project.

6. Good communicator, leadership, and an excellent team player but capable for individual task.

7. Pleasant personality and capable to work under pressure, discipline, attention to detail, proactive, and result oriented.
