Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for DPLK products (institutional and retail)
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance brokers, and financial advisors
  • Conduct market research and strategic sales planning for DPLK acquisition
  • Deliver product presentations and retirement planning consultations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with OJK regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in DPLK sales, pension funds, or financial services
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of pension regulations and OJK guidelines
