Job summary

White Glove Hiring di Jakarta Timur sedang mencari seorang Software Developer berpengalaman untuk bekerja di proyek klien secara on-site. Peran ini melibatkan kolaborasi dengan Product Owner, perancangan arsitektur, pengembangan dengan .NET/C#, pengujian unit, serta dokumentasi teknis.

Posisi ini menuntut minimal S1 IT, pengalaman >3 tahun, kemampuan API development, SQL, JavaScript (jQuery/Telerik Kendo UI), serta pemahaman Git. Penempatan di Sleman atau Pulomas; kontrak 12 bulan.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 IT atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman >3 tahun di pengembangan .NET 5+, C#, MS SQL.
• Pengalaman API development, dokumentasi, diagram, SIT/UAT, pen testing.
• Menguasai RDBMS dan SQL (Query/DML/DDL).
• Mahir Javascript (JQuery, Telerik Kendo UI).
• Pengalaman Git dan kontrol versi.
• Nilai tambah: KeyCloak, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Nilai tambah: Kubernetes.
• Keterampilan komunikasi & presentasi.
• Siap bergabung segera; kontrak 12 bulan.
• Penempatan onsite Sleman/Jakarta Pulomas.

Responsibilities

• Bekerja dengan Product Owner dan System Architect untuk memahami fitur.
• Perkirakan story points dan kapasitas tim.
• Kembangkan kode, lakukan testing unit, dukung integrasi.
• Perbaiki bug dan tingkatkan kualitas kode.
• Dokumentasikan kode, API, dan keputusan arsitektur.
• Pastikan kepatuhan terhadap keamanan/regulasi.
• Terlibat aktif dalam aktivitas R&D.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Scope of Work:

a. Planning:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and System Architects to understand features and user stories.

• Estimate story points and contribute to team capacity planning.

b. Development & Testing

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices based on business and technical requirements

• Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and regression testing.

• Fix bugs and continuously improve code quality.

c. Maintain Documentation & Compliance

• Document code, APIs, and architectural decisions for future reference.

• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements.

• Actively involved in R&D activity

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Requirement:

• Minimum graduated from reputable university with bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field

• More than 3 year’s experiences in software development using .Net 5 above, C#, Ms SQL

• Has experience in API development, documentation, make diagram, SIT UAT, Penetration test, etc

• Good at RDBMS and SQL programming (Queries, DML, DDL)

• Good in Javascript programming (JQuery and Telerik Kendo UI will be preferred)

• Good knowledge of version control systems (Git)

• Good problem-solving skills and debugging skills

• Having experience in KeyCloak, Redis or Elasticsearch is an advantage.

• Having experience in Kubernetes is preferred.

• Good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills

• Ready to join Immediately.

• Willing to sign 12 months contract.

• Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Sleman Yogyakarta or Pulomas Jakarta is a must
