To meet scheduled classes conscientiously and be available for consultation.
To determine course requirements for classes and evaluate and grade the performance of students in accordance with departmental policies on course content and grading system.
To continually explore areas of inquiry through various forms of research and other study that will address the requirements of the discipline and the development concerns of society.
To continuously develop knowledge of and skills within the discipline.
To be involved in discipline-related consultancies or projects beyond the confines of the academic community for professional growth.
To participate in various councils, committees, or boards that program, plan, or implement curricular and/or co-curricular activities, and to engage in peer evaluation and academic advising upon request.
To participate in community service either in school-sponsored community extension projects or in their own community/sectoral/professional organizations, in government/non-government, and international organizations.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience and training in the field of Midwifery.
At least 2 years of work experience in community midwifery.
Preferably a graduate of a Master’s Degree (S2) in Tourism (Pariwisata).
Must be proficient in MS Office - word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using email and different social media platforms for communication.
Possesses good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Possesses good analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
A team player.
An advantage if the candidate has NIDN (Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional).
