• Proficiency in visual design, animation, creative coding, and digital content development.
• Experience in curriculum development or learning experience design is an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with industry partners and multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Multimedia Nusantara Polytechnic (MNP) is looking for a Lecturer of Media Design who is passionate about connecting design, technology, and human experience. You'll bring current industry practices into the classroom, support students in developing their creative and technical capabilities, and contribute to the development of our study program. We welcome design practitioners, creative technologists, and educators who enjoy experimentation, collaboration, and teaching.

• A Master’s degree (Sarjana Strata 2): in Visual Communication Design, Interactive Media, Interaction Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Relevant industry experience is highly valued.
• A strong understanding of HCI, interactive experiences, and digital media integration.
• The ability to apply design as a functional and strategic approach to solving real-world problems.
• Knowledge of user research, audience profiling, usability, and human-centered design.
• Awareness of emerging digital trends, accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical considerations in interactive media.
• Proficiency in several of the following areas:
  • Visual design, animation, creative coding, and digital content development.
  • Interactive prototyping and immersive technologies, such as AR, VR, MR, spatial computing, or LiDAR/spatial scanning.
  • UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, interaction design, and design systems.
  • The ability to explore emerging tools and technologies and translate them into meaningful interactive experiences.
• Experience in curriculum development, academic program operations, or learning experience design is an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with industry partners, creative communities, or multidisciplinary teams.
