OTCA is inviting young talents to join our DONE Academy , a multi-phase career development journey designed to prepare you for a professional role in education and sales.

This program is ideal for individuals who want to learn from experienced practitioners, gain real-world exposure, and grow in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.

Program Structure

Phase 1 – Induction Training (Online | 5 Days)

An intensive online training covering sales fundamentals, communication, CRM systems, and an introduction to OTCA’s values and services.

Phase 2 – On the Job Training (Onsite Malang | 3 Months)

Top candidates will undergo a 3-month hands-on learning experience (On The Job training) at our Malang office.

Phase 3 – Job Placement (Onsite Jakarta)

Qualified candidates will be offered a fixed-term contract (PKWT) to join OTCA’s Sales Team in Jakarta.

• Monthly allowance based on Malang’s minimum wage (Phase 2)
• Free accommodation & daily lunch during OJT
