Overview

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Management, Marketing Management, Communication, or Marketing. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales professional, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Target-oriented and able to work under pressure. Possess a broad professional network, especially within the car industry. Basic knowledge of tyre products (types, sizes, specifications, and functions) with a genuine interest in the automotive industry. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Willing to travel domestically for business purposes. Hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) and own a personal vehicle. Willing to be placed in Citeureup, Bogor Regency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales achievements are in line with the assigned targets.
• Identify and develop new networks while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide explanations to prospective buyers regarding tire features, quality, pricing, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct price negotiations, prepare offers, and manage cooperation agreements with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets as set by the company.
• Deliver basic education on tire maintenance and follow up on customer complaints.
• Prepare and present sales reports, customer data, and market developments to management.
• Develop strategies and conduct analysis on sales performance and market approaches.
• Monitor and control payment flows and receivables from dealers.

The factory is located at a unique landscape near mountain side in Sub - County Citeureup, Bogor city, three kilometers north of the Sentul International Circuit with a total area of 127,000 sqm of land. Our product is all certified with ECE, DOT, In Metro, SASO, GCC and of course our own standard SNI. That's the reason why we are able to get more share in domestic market and more market internationally.
