Operations and Safety:
Supervising dive operations, including planning, organizing, and executing dive trips while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and dive regulations.
Maintaining dive equipment by conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal working condition.
Managing the dive team by supervising, training, and motivating dive instructors and staff to meet safety standards and provide excellent customer service.
Ensuring safety and quality by implementing and enforcing safety procedures, risk management protocols, and emergency response plans.
Ensuring compliance with company and international safety and quality standards.

Management and Administration:
Monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability of the dive center.
Hiring, training, evaluating, and managing staff, including dive instructors and support personnel.
Handling administrative tasks such as paperwork, scheduling, bookings, and other duties.
Maintaining effective communication with team members, management, guests, and third parties.
Reporting on the dive center's progress and issues to management.

Customer Experience and Sales:
Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive and memorable diving experience for guests.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract divers, promote dive trips, and grow the business.
