Job description

Manage a specific area of sales combined with designing strategy to grow the company’s sales and customer base, with the District Sales Representative Team Leader.

You will be responsible for…

  • Managing designated store retail activities ensuring they are meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Implementing regular training programs to improve sales in existing and new channels.
  • Implementing plans for servicing and managing existing clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Complying with the daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting responsibilities within the assigned district.
  • Updating and producing accurate, timely data/information for the DSR Team Leader.
  • Leveraging customer data to generate behavioral insights and make data-driven decisions.

You will require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail sales.
  • Experience in telecommunication retail sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to implement training and coaching.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
