Job description

Candidate must have processed at least a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree or above, from a reputable university.

Experience in sales related to the medical field (minimum 3 years).

Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Strong knowledge of sales growth techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand our business, especially our new product, to create new users and outlets in targeted areas.
  • Able to explain our cardiology product and promote it to users.
  • Identify key customers, hospital classes, and institutions (private and public) with potential for product development in regional areas.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential users (cardiologists) by accompanying them to educational workshops, seminars, training, and participating in professional societies.
  • Set, implement, track, and manage budgets, promotion, and activity plans for users periodically to achieve targets.
  • Generate plans for promotion activities of existing and new products.
  • Manage cross-functional communication vertically among sales, marketing, finance, HR, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Handle user complaints and resolve issues effectively.
