Job description

Candidate must have processed at least a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree or above, from a reputable university.

Experience in sales related to the medical field (minimum 3 years).

Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Strong knowledge of sales growth techniques.

RESPONSIBILITY :

Expand our business, especially our new product, to create new users and outlets in targeted areas.

Able to explain our cardiology products and promote them to users.

Determine key customers, hospital classes, and institutions (private and public) with potential for product development in regional areas.

Maintain strong relationships with potential users (cardiologists) by accompanying them to educational workshops, seminars, training, and participating in professional societies.

Set, implement, track, and manage budgets, promotion, and activity plans for users periodically to achieve targets.

Generate plans for promotion activities (for existing and new products).

Manage cross-functional communication vertically among sales, marketing, finance, HR, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment.

Address user complaints and resolve issues effectively.
