Job summary

PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), a Zuellig Pharma company, seeks a professional Sales Representative to drive revenue by connecting with customers, understanding needs, and promoting our pharmaceutical products. You will build relationships, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing the brand.

Plans and conducts visits across outlets, reports performance, and collaborates with internal and external partners to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred (PMA).
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or healthcare.
• Strong skills in marketing, presentation, sales and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and monthly visits to outlets to hit targets.
• Prepare and execute visits and promotions; report results to supervisor.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and principals.
• Apply sales strategies and monitor discounts per policy to drive revenue.
• Track call coverage and ensure transactions align with targets.
• Bill customers by due date and coordinate collections with cashier.

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of a professional sales representative (PSR) is to drive company revenue by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and selling products or services, acting as the crucial link between the business and its clients to build relationships, close deals, and ensure satisfaction while representing the brand.

What You’ll do:

• Create daily and monthly visit plans covering all outlets in the area in order to provide data in making visit schedules and determining steps to achieve the set targets
• Carry out visits and promotions to customers and report the realization of the previous month's visit to the direct supervisor
• Fostering good relations with internal and external parties (customers & principals) to improve the quality of coordination.
• Carry out sales strategies and activities, offer programs for principal products that are their responsibility and monitor discount according to the applicable sales & discount policies to achieve targets and increase sales
• Monitoring the Effective call and coverage achievement of customers whose transactions are in accordance with the target on the master list for even coverage.
• Billing customers according to the due date and depositing the results to the cashier in order to achieve the target collections of rayon for which they are responsible

Must Have

What Will Make You Successful:

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Company and PMA, have SIM A & SIM C
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Marketing, Presentation, Sales, Product Knowledge
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Willing to work in each branches of APL
