Job description

Description

  1. Provide leadership and support to 6-7 area managers overseeing 38-40 outlets, focusing on district-wide profitability optimization, including meeting EBITDA targets and improving operational efficiency.
  2. Exhibit leadership in instilling a customer-centric culture, ensuring consistent satisfaction across outlets.
  3. Be skilled in aligning the efforts of multiple teams towards common goals, fostering a cohesive work environment.
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
  5. Improve processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring scalability.
  6. Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the F&B or retail industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role such as Area Manager or similar positions.
  3. Proficient in Excel and Data Analytics.
  4. Strong communication, time management, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, analytical, and project management skills.
