Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking a District Coordinator to support KITA SEHAT activities at the district level in Jawa Barat. You will report to the Jawa Barat Provincial Manager and act as the primary liaison with district government agencies and local stakeholders to ensure activities align with the Annual Work Plan and EOPOs.

The role requires a public health or related degree, 5+ years of program implementation experience, and strong Indonesian government knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, public policy, veterinary medicine, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years in managing program implementation in public health or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian government systems at sub-national/district level.
• Excellent oral and written Bahasa Indonesia; English is desirable.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with local government officials and diverse stakeholders.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jawa Barat district/city.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor delivery of KITA SEHAT activities within the assigned district, ensuring alignment with the Annual Work Plan.
• Provide Jawa Barat Provincial Manager with regular updates and technical analysis on district challenges and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with district government partners and local implementing partners to ensure local ownership.
• Work with provincial technical team and Jakarta team to provide district-level evidence for TOR development.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of district activities, including lessons learned.
• Represent KITA SEHAT at district-level coordination meetings to align with local government priorities.
