Our client is a leading multinational company in network & connectivity industry looking to hire for Distribution Sales Manager that will oversee the growth and development of distribution channels to achieve sales targets.
Job Description
- Oversee commercial market operations within a designated medium-to-large regional market or across multiple general-scale markets.
- Ensure effective implementation of various business sub-processes within the assigned region.
- Identify, engage, and develop strategic business partners to drive regional growth.
- Lead the development of a partner ecosystem tailored to the region and customer base, enhance the ecosystem's brand presence, and spearhead regional branding and promotional initiatives.
- Serve as a key business leader in major cities, taking ownership of regional business goals and performance outcomes.
- Manage sales & sales distribution partners across the nation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the ICT industry.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (reading, writing, and listening).
- Solid understanding of products such as router, data com, storage, and optical solutions.
- Proven experience in distribution management and channel development.
