Description
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Sales Director (Associate Director / Senior Manager level) to lead and expand the Run-Rate Market in Indonesia. This high-impact leadership role focuses on channel development, distribution strategy, and sales execution, with a strong emphasis on partner engagement, market penetration, and profitability. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in IT hardware, networking, and infrastructure sales, paired with a proven ability to grow distribution revenue and optimize market reach.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a robust distribution sales strategy tailored to the Indonesian Run-Rate Market.
  2. Identify new market opportunities to expand product penetration and drive revenue growth.
  3. Set and manage short- and long-term sales goals aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  4. Strengthen and expand the company’s footprint through strategic partner development.
  5. Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements.
  6. Provide insights to guide product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
  7. Anticipate market changes and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  8. Manage relationships with key distribution partners, resellers, and system integrators.
  9. Optimize channel performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
  10. Implement effective distribution models and support partner enablement.
  11. Set clear KPIs and track partner performance, ensuring accountability and sales excellence.
  12. Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving consistent performance in the distribution channel.
  13. Monitor pipeline development and sales conversion metrics.
  14. Apply corrective actions and support partners in achieving shared revenue targets.
  15. Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and Run-Rate promotions.
  16. Leverage digital tools, events, and incentive programs to boost reseller engagement and demand generation.
  17. Drive brand visibility and product awareness across the channel ecosystem.
  18. Lead and mentor a high-performing distribution sales team.
  19. Provide coaching, training, and development programs to enhance capabilities.
  20. Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented, and performance-driven culture.

Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in distribution sales within IT, telecom, or networking sectors.
  3. Deep understanding of the Run-Rate Market and a proven track record of driving sales success.
  4. Expertise in IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking solutions.
  5. Strong grasp of distribution models, channel dynamics, and reseller ecosystems.
  6. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action plans.
  7. Proven leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills.
  8. Experience managing P&L, forecasts, and go-to-market strategies.
  9. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
