Distribution Operations (Mandarin Speaker) - E-commerce (A-115172)

• Our client is a Multinational E-commerce company. Currently, they are looking for Distribution Operations (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

• Increasing the number of distribution/seller teams (agents, distribution experts), building distribution expansion channels, and using various methods to expand the distribution team.
• Building the ability of distribution experts and improving their online sales skills through various means such as training.
• Establishing mechanisms related to distribution influencers to ensure their sustained activity.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor's degree.
• High Conversational Mandarin proficiency (writing/reading/speaking), and Conversational English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry and 1 year of experience in Distribution Operations, experienced in acquiring sellers and business partners to use the platform.
• Good communication skills, coordinating skills, and detail-oriented.
• Preferably has private domain operation experience and agency/distribution resources.
