The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the medical or pharmacy field. Qualifications

Job description

Develop and implement long-term distribution strategies that align with corporate growth plans and customer service expectations.

Lead nationwide distribution operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing processes, transport planning, and delivery performance.

Build and manage a high-performing leadership team across regional and national distribution centers.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for distribution efficiency, cost, service level, and operational compliance.

Set and control annual distribution budgets, ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost management and productivity improvements.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain Planning to ensure end-to-end fulfillment excellence.

Lead strategic projects such as DC expansions, route optimization, system integrations, and digital transformation within the distribution function.

Identify risks in distribution networks and establish contingency plans to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s Degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution roles (Medical or Pharmacy Field are preferred)

Strong financial planning, executing, and experience in managing large-scale budgets and P&L responsibility.

Deep understanding of supply chain systems including WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms; experience with digital supply chain tools is a plus.

Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including working with C-level executives and external partners.

Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices is a strong advantage.
