About the Role

This role involves creating content for real estate and related topics, primarily in video format for reels/TikTok, with potential needs for creative design. As a talent & content creator, you will be central to our storytelling and brand representation.

What You Will Do

• Create content for project/listing videos, mainly in video format for reels/TikTok
• Manage end-to-end content creation: conception, production, and post-production
• Develop content based on insights and best practices relevant to the product and target audience
• Monitor content performance weekly and monthly
• Be prepared to shoot on location

What You Will Need

• Reside in Bali, preferably in Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, or Jimbaran
• Creativity and adaptability
• Confidence in front of the camera
• Ability to develop content from conception to post-production
• Knowledge of social media and Bali's real estate trends
• Preferably use an iPhone
• Preferably not have a full-time job
• Preferably own transportation
