The Dispatcher is responsible for planning and overseeing delivery and pick-up schedules of surgical tools and implants, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with sterilization and packaging standards. This role involves coordinating with warehouse staff and drivers, monitoring delivery progress, resolving on-ground issues, maintaining tracking records, and providing reports on dispatch performance, including accuracy, timeliness, and exceptions.

Job Description

• Plan and manage daily delivery and pick-up schedules for surgical tools and implants.
• Ensure timely execution of all deliveries, with proper routing and coordination.
• Monitor dispatch progress and resolve on-ground issues proactively.
• Liaise with warehouse staff and delivery drivers to confirm asset readiness and schedule execution.
• Communicate delivery status, changes, or urgent requests in real-time.
• Track and update dispatch logs using Google Sheets or internal tracking systems.
• Understand the use and importance of arthroscopy tools and implants.
• Ensure compliance with sterilization and packing standards before dispatch.
• Escalate product availability or integrity issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch movements and delivery outcomes.
• Provide reports on dispatch accuracy, timeliness, and exceptions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or operational coordination.
• Fast learner with strong interest in surgical tools & implants (especially arthroscopy-related).
• Reliable and responsible, trusted with high-value medical assets.
• Strong in coordination, time management, and problem solving under pressure.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic logistics tools.
