Job Title: Payment Industry Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the team, fostering a positive company culture and ensuring optimal team performance.
2. Ensure compliance with payment regulations, including Bank Indonesia (BI) requirements and all necessary certifications, maintaining communication with BI on regulatory matters.
3. Build and manage strategic relationships with business partners and financial institutions to drive company growth.
4. Oversee all operational activities, ensuring the implementation of strategies and policies that support the company’s long-term goals.
5. Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, IT, Law; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in the payments industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
3. Experience managing relationships with Bank Indonesia and payment regulations.
4. Proven track record in people management and team development.
5. High-level managerial and leadership skills.
6. Strong communication and diplomacy skills with regulators, business partners, and internal teams.
