Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) to join our pre opening and opening team.

You will collaborate directly with the General Manager to create, develop and implement the Sales & Marketing strategies to ensure the achievement of our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with the resort’s overall objectives.

Identify new business opportunities & optimize pricing strategies.

Drive all revenue streams through innovative sales & marketing actions.

Constantly look out for possible opportunities to enhance the business growth.

Monitor & Analyze KPI's and financial metrics to assess the departmental performance.

Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Sales & Marketing team.

Create a environment of excellence, accountability and teamwork.

Challenge the status quote and identify areas for improvement or optimization at all times.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Train, coach and mentor the teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications Required:

Pre Opening and opening experience is highly regarded.

Experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in Jakarta & Bali is required.

Track record in securing and organizing large high end weddings, events and meeting.

Ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets and drive revenue growth.

Fluent in English, additional languages are a strong advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fields.

Minimum of 5 -7 years experience as Director of Sales & Marketing in the hospitality industry.
