Working closely with the Hotel's General Manager, Corporate Office, and your team, you will establish and drive the hotel’s financial performance by maximizing sales efforts with innovative marketing ideas. You will develop rapport with key clients and be comfortable entering new markets. Attendance at domestic and international trade shows and major market events will be essential to drive new business and increase hotel sales.
You will be responsible for building and developing the hotel’s sales and marketing leadership within your geographic area. Through effective management, passion, and enthusiasm, you will inspire and coach your team, ensuring all marketing and brand standards are upheld. You will oversee the implementation of marketing and PR strategies to adapt to changing market and competitive conditions, monitor competitors’ marketing and PR activities, and establish relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners to maintain a consistent brand image across all activities.
Understanding of the Indonesian and global markets would be advantageous.
