Job description

Our client is a luxury boutique hotel group with 15 locations in Bali, headquartered in Ubud. With a growing portfolio of unique properties of 4* and 5* starhotel units in prime locations of Bali, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to drive sales across all units and enhance their presence in the competitive hospitality market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Sales, or 5 years as a Sales Manager in hospitality.
  • Proven experience in resort sales, particularly in leisure and MICE segments.
  • Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market and current industry dynamics.
  • Preferably already residing in Bali and familiar with its travel and business culture.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Results-driven with a hands-on approach and strategic mindset.
  • Well-presented, physically attractive, and well-groomed, as per the hospitality service standard.
  • Able to travel regularly between property locations as needed.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage VIP clients, agencies, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, revenue management tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise sales teams across multiple hotel units, ensuring alignment with corporate sales goals.
  • Develop, implement, and review sales strategies at the corporate level to boost room, event, and F&B revenue.
  • Conduct regular corporate sales calls and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align promotional efforts with business targets.
  • Represent the company at local and international trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics; provide coaching and support to unit-level sales managers.
  • Ensure that the sales approach upholds the brand identity and values across all properties.
