Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the company's quality management system
  • Define quality metrics and set organizational quality standards in alignment with quality & company goals
  • Drive the continuous improvement of product quality, operational processes, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations, standards, and certifications
  • Prepare for and lead regulatory audits, inspections, and certifications
  • Ensure that products and services meet all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
  • Create and implement training programs for employees on quality assurance best practices
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is heard and incorporated into quality standards and improvements
  • Resolve quality-related customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with other related departments to enhance the customer experience through superior product quality
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management
  • Make data-driven decisions to continuously enhance product or service quality
  • Develop and manage the budget for quality assurance and related initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as Director Quality in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort or a cluster role
  • Background as an auditor or trainer in company using quality management software and data analysis tools or equivalent system
  • Strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model
  • Proven track of working with timelines and targets, well versed in project management and result-oriented
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, or other related fields
