Overview

Have a permanent role available as the "Quality Director" in Raya Bogor, East Jakarta. My client is a global MNC.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30+ people with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Oversee the Quality organization with solid experience in QA and QC.
• Report to a VP.
• Manage regional stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with manufacturing best practices (GMP) and understand product development.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to solve Quality issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Must speak good English and some Bahasa; a work visa is provided if needed.
• Strong manufacturing background with GMP knowledge and an understanding of product development.
• Experience leading QA/QC functions and teams.
• Proven ability to manage a large team and work with regional stakeholders.
• Industries: ideally comes from FMCG/personal care, beauty/cosmetics, chemicals, manufacturing, pharma, packaging or similar (B2B).
• Soft skills: proactive/takes initiative, hands-on, good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management at all levels, open-minded, able to build positive relationships, gets things done, strategic mindset, results-oriented, enjoys coaching/mentoring.
