Qualifications

• BS or Masters of Science in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics qualifying as Medical Technologist/CLS.
• Medical Technologist certification (ASCP or GDHR recognition) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services meet quality metrics and cost containment.
• Oversee budgeting and fiscal management for the department.
• Coordinate with pathologists and physicians on test procedures and referrals.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
