Job summary

Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive human resource strategies aligned with the resort’s business goals.
- Lead and manage the resort’s full Human Resources functions in the resorts : talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
- Drive organizational development initiatives and foster a strong, service-oriented workplace culture.
- Act as a strategic business partner to General Manager, Executive Committee, and department heads.
- Drive performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and supporting development plans.
- Utilize HRIS and data analytics to monitor trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with Indonesian labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal standards
- Champion employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and staff well-being initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Director of HR in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law, industrial relations, and expatriate work permit processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be based in Umana by LXR Hilton in Ungasan, Bali.
