2. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
3. Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and products, collaborating with partners to stay at the forefront of emerging trends
4. Develop and manage your team through mentoring and coaching, fostering a culture of innovation and learning

Your Profile

You are best equipped if you have:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Semiconductor Technology / Engineering (Microelectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Physics)
• 10+ years of experience in backend semiconductor manufacturing with a proven track record in technical leadership and at least 5 years in management
• Comprehensive knowledge of backend assembly and testing processes and equipment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams, and excellent presentation skills
