Job description

In your new role, you will:

• Lead the engineering team to achieve goals related to Yield, Cost, Delivery, Time to Market, and OEE.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Identify and drive innovation through new technologies and products, collaborating with partners to stay ahead of trends.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Your Profile

You are best equipped if you have:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Semiconductor Technology or Engineering (Microelectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Physics).
• 10+ years of experience in backend semiconductor manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of backend assembly and testing processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams, with excellent presentation skills.
