A career in our Deals Strategy and Operation practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help the team build, develop, manage and run strategic capacity which will undoubtedly benefit both PwC and our clients. Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering or Finance from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00;
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in a consulting firm / strategic planning/ equity research is required
  • Great problem solving and communication are required
  • Deep knowledge in telco/healthcare is an advantage
  • General understanding on deal strategy works: due diligence, market entry strategy, option analysis, etc
