Forvis Mazars in Indonesia is seeking an experienced and visionary Audit Director to join our dynamic and growing team. Role and Responsibilities:
As a Director of Audit, you will play a pivotal role in leading the audit function, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing strategic leadership and direction to the audit department.

Overseeing complex audit engagements and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

Reviewing and signing off on audit reports, financial statements, and other client deliverables.

Managing client relationships at the executive level and acting as a trusted advisor.

Driving business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and expanding service offerings.

Ensuring compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and Mazars Group policies.

Leading and mentoring managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Contributing to internal firm initiatives such as recruitment, training, and quality assurance.

Representing the firm in professional forums and industry events.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university; Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent)

Minimum 12 years of experience in a public accounting firm, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Deep expertise in IFRS, PSAK, and consolidation.

Proven track record in managing large audit portfolios and leading high-performing teams.

Strong business acumen and experience in client relationship management and business development.

Excellent communication, leadership, and people development skills.
