Job Description

As a Direct Marketing Staff, you will play a key role in supporting our customer acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities will include initiating direct communication with potential clients, promoting our financial services, and building long-term relationships that contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct marketing activities (offline and online) to promote company services
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
• Schedule and attend consultation sessions with interested leads
• Explain the company’s services clearly and professionally
• Build and maintain a database of leads and update activity reports
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to improve outreach
• Meet individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in marketing, sales, or the financial industry
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent
• Willing to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in direct marketing or sales is a plus
