DIPS - Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the social media content team (designer and social media officer) to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and effectively relay information to the social media content team.
• Collaborate closely with the digital and creative teams.
• Lead internal discussions with the social media team to explore and create content with varying objectives.
• Ensure the quality of all social media content.
• Regularly run social media ads.
• Utilize data and research for continuous improvement within the social media team.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in social media.
• Strong writing skills with a good sense of design.
• Excellent project management and leadership qualities.
• A team player with creative thinking and solid analytical skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and knowledgeable about the digital channel landscape.
• Bonus points for comfort with data and familiarity with monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, FB Insight, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
• Understanding of social media ads and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
