Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (Gar) in Indonesia is seeking an Automation Engineer to coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration, and tool improvements within the Tarjun Refinery. You will ensure SAP data integrity and support automation systems in plant production.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and at least four years of Automation experience. You must be willing to be stationed at Tarjun Refinery, Kalimantan Selatan, and contribute to safety, waste

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Automation.
• Willing to be located at Tarjun Refinery (Kalsel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance to meet target times and results.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of instrumental maintenance.
• Ensure calibration according to schedule and spare parts availability.
• Improve by modifying machine tools and coordinate related projects.
• Oversee SAP administration and monitor KPI performance.

Job Description Summary

Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance in supporting the smooth running of the production process.

Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set
• Monitor and ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of instrumental maintenance
• Ensure calibration according to schedule set
• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables required
• Make improvements by modifying machine tools.
• Coordinate the implementation of project related to the scope of work field in accordance with the target set
• Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of SAP administration.
• Coordinate the ICA (Instrument Calibration Automation) team to achieve the respective KPIs
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
• Responsible for the implementation of working discipline.
• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites
• Ensure calibration is on schedule.
• Ensure the implementation of Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with the prevailing policies.
• Responsible for the development of employees in the area of work responsibility
• Create and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of annual budgets in the Section which is the area of responsibility for its work.
• Ensure smoothness of Automation System in Plant Production goes well
• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of work sites and the surrounding environment (including early management of process waste)
• Reported a problem with regard to the Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food / Feed Safety Coordinator

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Having min 4 years of working experience in Automation
• Good in Analytical Thinking
• Willing to be located in Tarjun Refinery (Kalsel)
