Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a motivated student to join our operations team as a Digital Tools intern. You will learn and work with digital tools used in operations, assist in implementing digital solutions, and support digital transformation projects including web development and automation tools.

You will help set up and troubleshoot digital infrastructures, create documentation, support data collection and visualization, and analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, SQL).
• Familiarity with Laravel framework and version control is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python and visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and work with various digital tools and platforms used in operations.
• Assist in implementing digital solutions and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Support digital transformation projects and provide support in testing new solutions including web development and automation tools.
• Support setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital infrastructures.
• Create and maintain documentation for digitalization efforts.
• Support data collection, analysis, and visualization projects.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for digital optimization.
