Job description

We’re looking for a Digital Strategist who gets the bigger picture and the little details. Someone who’s rolled up their sleeves on Meta Ads, written briefs for TikTok campaigns, mapped out HubSpot flows, and can connect the dots between awareness and loyalty like second nature.

This role is for a full-funnel thinker—strategic enough to lead direction, hands-on enough to speak the language of the channels, and curious enough to test, tweak, and evolve every digital touchpoint.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and lead digital strategies that drive growth across all customer touchpoints—paid, organic, social, email, content, and web.
  • Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads to track, optimize, and learn.
  • Own the customer journey—designing digital flows that convert, retain, and inspire.
  • Collaborate with creatives, content leads, and platform specialists to turn ideas into high-impact execution.
  • Design and improve email workflows, lead gen systems, and segmentation strategies in HubSpot or similar tools.

Report what matters, simplify the complex, and bring data-backed clarity to every campaign decision.

  • 3–5 years experience in digital marketing with multi-channel execution and strategic oversight
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email marketing, and content planning tools
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing platforms) for automation, segmentation, and reporting
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other industry-standard platforms are a plus!
  • A brain that sees funnels, systems, and patterns—and a heart that cares about brands with purpose
  • Confidence to lead, humility to learn, and the ability to move from high-level strategy to ground-level action
