What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Optimise website content, structure, and performance to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Manage and optimise paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns to maximise return on investment
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive, multi-channel approach
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and innovations to position the company as an industry leader

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or SEO role, ideally within the Marketing & Communications industry
• Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Strong understanding of search engine optimisation best practices and how to drive organic traffic growth
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
